Brading
Really strong winds from the west today and summer seems to have left us. A few sand martins over the marsh but little else. However something, a very skulking something, was making some calls, so I recorded it. A gropper came to my mind but not being overly familiar with their call it's only a guess. Not a great recording due to the strong winds.
(Edit: asked my experienced brother and he said it sounds like a gropper. Another experienced birder also agreed).

Unrelated, but back in June whilst on holiday took some recordings. Funky sedge was just outside my bro's.
Plus some Crossbills g-liping..
