Driving to work this morning and this heavily mobbed raptor flew over my car.

St caths YB Warbler and Firecrest

Nice morning. Some vis mig.
Yellow-browed warbler (heard) and firecrest the highlights.

Steady vis mig SE (more due E) winds.
Merlin the highlight.

This grey heron was loudly calling high over the sea. I tracked it west and it joined two more. Last seen moving in a SW to westerly direction over the sea.

House martins out in force. First redwing and siskin of the autumn. Booted six ring ouzel. Sunny SE conditions..
