Whiskered tern! Brading NR
Had a tern this morning at Brading marsh. Not being overly confident with tern ID in general, from afar I thought it was just a common tern milling about - the odd one does turn up in the area. However, this evening whilst reviewing my pics something wasn't right?! I started thinking WHISKERED. So I sent images to my brother and put it on facebook to check I wasn't going mad, and it was quickly confirmed as one. Nice.
